Using the service

You may use xVault AI only in compliance with applicable law and the terms that govern your X account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in credentials secure.

Service scope

xVault AI is an early-access product. Features, limits, interfaces, and pricing may change as the product evolves. Team functionality is not yet generally available even if it appears on the marketing site or waitlist surfaces.

Plans and billing

Paid upgrades are processed through Stripe. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms shown at checkout. Access to paid features may be suspended or changed if payment fails or a subscription ends.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Do not use the service to violate X policies, scrape unauthorized data, or interfere with other users.
• Do not rely on generated output as legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature stability, or error-free output from AI systems and third-party providers.
